Ordering Cakes规 则 与 条 例
- Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.
- Cake colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.
- Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured.
- We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or cake designs.
Order Confirm
You will receive our confirmation call within 24 hours after order made. If not, please don't hesitate to contact us by call or email.
Cancellation of Order
Your order will be cancelled when :
a) We cannot get your confirmation.
b) We do not receive your payment or payment proof within 48 hours after order made.
Exchange
Items sold are not exchangeable.
Changes in Order
Any changes pertaining to the order must be made 3 days before collection date. We reserve the right whether to accept or reject the particular changes request.
Candles Request
Complimentary candles will be provided for every cake order when requested by customers. Please indicate the correct number of big and small candles required. We will process the order according to sender's request. (note: we only provide max up to 9 big candles and 9 small candles)
Writings on the Cake
Customers may request for writings on the cake. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the cake surface, lengthy wordings may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of writings on the cake. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by VICTORIAN PATISSERIE.
Deposit
All deposit and payments made are not refundable.
Delivery
- Free delivery service only coverage JB area.
- Kelapa sawit , Kota Masai , Kota Tinggi ,Pontian, Pekan-Nanas are not included free delivery service. (delivery fee RM30)
- All outstation state area have to provide postcode to confirm the delivery coverage.(delivery fee RM30)
- Free delivery service only purchasing RM98 and above.
Delivery Time and Charges
- The first trip delivery timing will be 1pm / 最早发货时间为1PM
- Last delivery timing will be 6.30pm / 最迟发货时间为傍晚 6.30PM
- For ( M.C.O) period ,some of the delivery timing will be delay, depend of the triffic condition and Polis road block.
